At day 7, you receive a facility profile and savings estimate. Automated optimization begins only after you review and approve the baseline report. You control when the trial becomes active.

We use a 90-day historical consumption average, weather-normalized using heating and cooling degree day data for your location. This removes the effect of seasonal weather variation so savings are attributable to schedule optimization, not to a mild month. The normalized baseline is recalculated monthly and shown alongside actual consumption in your dashboard.

No. For industrial deployments, we only adjust auxiliary system schedules — compressors, chillers, dust collection, ventilation, and lighting. We never write to production line control parameters, and our configuration explicitly excludes any equipment you designate as production-critical. The production sequencing logic in your BMS is read-only from our perspective.
